Not surprisingly, Salman Rushdie's new novel is already getting crazy press. The Enchantress of Florence was released in the UK earlier this year and is scheduled for a US release in late May. In his review in the Financial Times, John Sutherland writes: "If The Enchantress of Florence doesn’t win this year’s Man Booker I’ll curry my proof copy and eat it."
