www.Granta.com

Check out Granta's new website here. This is definitely a step above the typical website for literary journals. The "on-line only" content is particularly intriguing. For example, there's an interview with Junot Diaz, author of the critically-acclaimed and well-rewarded The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, in which Diaz describes his next novel in some detail.

Granta is also launching a New Voices feature as part of the on-line only content. New Voices will appear every two weeks and will showcase "original fiction from an emerging writer." This week's offer--Sign of the Gun by P.D. Mallamo--looks interesting structurally (the paragraphs are numbered like a legal brief, making me feel right at home), but I haven't yet had the chance to read it.
