New Random House CEO Announced
Bloomberg reports that 39-year-old Markus Dohle is to take over from Peter Olson as the CEO of Random House. As I mentioned here, Olson recently announced his resignation. Dohle, who holds a degree in industrial engineering and management, has no publishing experience and is currently in charge of Bertlesmann's Arvato printing unit. (Bertelsmann is the German media conglomerate that owns Random House.)
