Textbook Prices Increase Dramatically

Textbook prices are way up—in some cases by 30-40%—for the upcoming fall semester, the National Association of College Stores's Campus Marketplace reported. Textbook prices have long been an issue for students, and now college booksellers "are wondering how to explain these increases to faculty, students, parents, and campus and local media.”
