The New Kindle
Early photos of the new Kindle are now available at GalleyCat. This model is thinner and longer than the original model, making the Kindle look more like the Sony Reader. I think it's a good upgrade. Speculators say the new model will be available "early next quarter," just in time to make everyone jealous who receives an old model for the holidays.

This is good to know! I have a first generation Sony Reader, which I love, but am very interested in the next Kindle.
