The Penguin Classics Reading Group over at Amazon.com has chosen its next reading selection: The Stone Diaries by Carol Shields. Here is the description of the book from the Reading Group website: "This fictional autobiography of Daisy Goodwill Flett is a portrait of an everywoman reflecting on unconventional life." By all accounts, The Stone Diaries is an excellent book, so this should be a good discussion. The discussion will begin in mid-January.
