My apologies to all of you who are checking back to get my updates on Days 2, 3, and 4 of BookExpo America. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances forced me to cut my trip short. Don't worry, everyone's okay, but my return to Houston couldn't be avoided. Bad timing. I am disappointed, of course, but I am already looking forward to next year's BEA in New York City.

BEA Trip Cut Short
My apologies to all of you who are checking back to get my updates on Days 2, 3, and 4 of BookExpo America. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances forced me to cut my trip short. Sorry to hear your trip was cut short. Did you at least get to pick up a lot of free books while you were there ... like 2666?
I only had time for a few free books, unfortunately. That's okay, though. My TBR pile is about 50 books high right now.
